Tulloch's acting career started with her being given the moniker Bitsie. It continued to be so until 2017, when Tulloch made the decision to change her name to Elizabeth. Like I've always been, I am still Bitsie whenever I talk to someone. The name worked for me as I started acting in my 20s. As I entered my mid-30s I was still feeling the urge to re-visit Elizabeth. When I was filming, I didn't think about it. We noticed it's Elizabeth when we filled on your legal papers. Would you be happy with this type of billing? And I just thought about it, and then I phoned my agent and manager and they were like Yeah you know thats not a bad idea. The time has come to change your age. Bitsie has a really adorable name. It's adorable. So thats really all it was all about. Elizabeth is not mine anymore. The name is only for billing purposes going forward. Tulloch has Scottish as well as Spanish roots. Tulloch said that her main spoken language is Spanish however she does not consider herself fluent. Her grandfather's family came located in Kirkwall as was her mother's from Renfrewshire. In an interview exclusive to BBC News the reporter stated we were of the opinion that the first Tullochs migrated to the US between 1880-1890 and that the Kerrs left in the early 1900s. When she returned to America in 1880, U.S. in 1880, Tulloch attended Bedford New York's middle and high schools.
