Aspen Ladd
Aspen Ladd first began training in combat sports when she was fourteen years old. Aspen Ladd started training in kickboxing, BJJ, boxing, and wrestling prior to her professional debut at WCFC at the age of 18. Ladd went on an impressive three-fight winning streak in Ultimate Reno Combat. In the three fights, she defeated her opponent within the first round. She returned to WCFC in order to defeat Leslie Rodriguez through a unanimous ruling. Aspen won over Silvia B beghian as well as Maddy Simmons prior to facing Cynthia Calvillo. Cynthia beat Aspen with a majority vote. It left a blemish on her record as an amateur. Ladd rebounded from the loss to beat Roma Pawelek, taking her record to eight one. Aspen began her professional career in 2015 when she signed with Invicta FC. Invicta Fc 11 was her first fight. She dominated Ana Carolina Vidal and won the bout in the one round with a TKO. She won her next fight against Amanda Cooper via second-round armbar submission, and then moved up to bantamweight to fight at Invicta FC 16. Aspen's impressive wrestling skills was able to take down McGill as she managed to finish her third round with a TKO (elbows and strikes). Aspen was then able to take on Jessica Hoy for Invicta FC18 with a weight at 138.1lb. Ladd was not in a position to make it, however, Aspen won and beat Hoy by TKO. Invicta FC 28 was her final fight for the company. Invicta FC 22 saw Sijara Eubanks beaten by a unanimous verdict. Aspen Ladd was the first UFC fighter to make her debut. She took on Linalansberg in UFC Fight Night 118. She outclassed Lina and then pounded her on the ground in the second round to secure a TKO victory. She remained dominant as she picked up an even bigger victory against Tonya Avinger at UFC 229 with her next bout. Ladd took the win in the first round and was awarded the Performance of the Night bonus. Sijara Eubanks from Invicta FC was her opponent for a rematch at UFC Fight Night dos Anjos against Lee. This was her debut major fight. Ladd took home the unanimous decision after some great exchanges between the two fighters received the Fight of the Night bonuses. Ladd's first loss came in her next fight against Germaine de Randamie in Ladd's first UFC main event fight. Randamie was able to finish the fight in just 16 seconds and stop Ladd and her winning streak. She bounced back and finished Yana Kunitskaya after the third round of UFC in ESPN 7. In her place She fought Norma Dumont in her most recent UFC fight. Her defeat was decided by unanimous decision.
