The mid-1990s saw her begin professional dancing and performed at the Boulder Dinner Theatre in Colorado and Country Dinner Playhouse. After that, she relocated to Minnesota and was made a part of Drop Dead Gorgeous, a documentary mock film that focused on beauty contests. When she made her screen debut as a charming but snarky contestant, she relocated into Los Angeles to pursue an acting career.
