Emily VanCamp

Emily Irene VanCamp was born in Canada. She is an actor who has appeared in a variety of television shows. VanCamp also has a great record in the field of film. She's popular in both Canadian and American Television. At the age of Emily was 12, she began to become fascinated by acting after she visited her elder sister Katie on the set of one of her movies. Once she discovered her passion for acting, she began to take acting classes and went for auditions. She was initially cast in a couple of commercials before being offered a role on the Canadian children's horror television show Are You Fearful of Darkness? One scene in which she appeared without speaking any words. Her first break came at 15 years old when she was cast in the WB's Glory Days as a regular. Emily's performance caught the eye to Dawson's Creek's Greg Berlanti, who then cast her on his television show Everwood. Emily was also a dancer as well as a photographer. Teen once named her one of the most talented actresses below the age of twenty. Emily was listed as number 51 in the Maxim's Hot 100 list of 2014.
